Up to 4 days before check-in	40% refund of total payment amount
From 3 days before check-in	No change/refund

• Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agreed to all of the above.

• After making a reservation, a confirmation message will be sent when payment is completed according to the payment method.
• When the reservation is confirmed, the exact address of Sanon will be provided.
• If the reservation is not possible, the refund will be processed after cancellation.
• If the 'reservation application' is duplicated, the reservation will be confirmed in the order of application, not in the order of payment.
• If payment is not made within 12 hours of payment by bank transfer, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
• Commercial photography or video shooting (advertisements, product photos, shopping malls, social media markets) without prior agreement is not allowed.
