- Reservation date can be changed only once 15 days prior to check-in and if it is within the cancellation fee period, you will be issued a partial refund and have your dates rebooked. If you change your dates, your new booking will be non-refundable.
- Full refund will be made if the guest provides documents that prove flight/ship cancellation due to bad weather on the check-in day.
