- Refund is not possible for No-show due to personal reasons or mistaking reservation date etc.
- 100% refund will be made if the guest provides documents that prove flight/ship cancellation due to bad weather on the check-in day.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agreed to all of the above.
