- Full refund will be made if the guest provides documents that prove flight/ship cancellation due to bad weather.
- For smooth reservation management, the same refund policy applies even if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours, so please make a careful reservation.
- Reservation changes are not permitted. If you wish to change reservations, please cancel and make a new reservation.
