Until 9 days before check-in	90% refund of total payment amount
Up to 8 days before check-in	80% refund of total payment amount
Up to 7 days before check-in	70% refund of total payment amount
Up to 6 days before check-in	60% refund of total payment amount
Up to 5 days before check-in	50% refund of total payment amount
Up to 4 days before check-in	40% refund of total payment amount
From 3 days before check-in	No change/refund

• Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agreed to all of the above.

• After payment is made and completed, the reservation will be confirmed.
• If the reservation is not available to confirm, the refund will be processed after cancellation.
• If conflicting reservations exist for the same room on the same day, the earlier request will be given priority.
• Reservation will be canceled if the payment is not made within 12 hours.
• Cash receipts can be issued for payment by bank transfer. Please apply at the time of reservation.
• Commercial photography or video shooting without prior agreement is not allowed.
