- Full refund will be made if the guest provides documents that prove flight/ship cancellation due to bad weather on the check-in day.
- If you wish to change the date, you must cancel your reservation and make a new reservation 10 days prior to normal season and 15 days prior to peak season.
- As the covid19 is prolonged, the above refund regulations are followed without exception, so please make a careful reservation.
