• Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agreed to all of the above.
• Please confirm in advance that the policy above is still applied even when changing the date of stay.

• After payment is made and completed, the reservation will be confirmed.
• Reservation will be canceled if the payment is not made within 3 hours.
• If conflicting reservations exist for the same room on the same day, the earlier request will be given priority.
• Cash receipt can be issued for account transfer payment. Please apply during reservation.
• For reservation cancelation, please click the button in the ACCOUNT - My Page - Reservation Information - [Cancellation Request].
• This is a stay not a shooting studio. Commercial photography or video shooting without prior agreement is not allowed. Commercial shooting is operated with separate rental fee.

• If you want to cancel your reservation, sign in and click the [Reservation Cancellation Request] button in the reservation information.
• Please be sure to check the refund policy before requesting a cancellation, and the refund policy will be applied based on the date of the cancellation request.
