※ Refund policy is applied even if reservation is canceled on the day you make payment.
※ In case of long term stay, we will refund according to the refund policy based on the ‘check-in date’.

• Changes to reservations are not allowed within 3 days prior to the stay.
• Reservations made with coupons or accommodation vouchers cannot be modified.
• If changes are made, they will be processed according to the following terms:
  1. Changes can only be made once. If you cancel or request a refund after changing your reservation, the policy will apply based on the original reservation date.
  2. If there is a price difference, you must rebook for your desired new dates and cancel the original reservation afterward.
