• Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agreed to all of the above.
• For further inquiries please contact Anok (010-2572-7774).

• After making a reservation, a confirmation message will be sent when payment is completed according to the payment method.
• If the reservation is not possible, the refund will be processed after cancellation.
• If the 'reservation application' is duplicated, the reservation confirmation will be processed in the order of application, not in the order of payment.
• Commercial photography or video shooting (advertisements, product photos, shopping malls, social media markets) without prior agreement is not allowed.

• If you are a non-member, please send your intention to cancel the reservation by replying to the reservation application e-mail or text message.
• If you are a member, please visit Stayfolio site -> Account -> My Page - Reservation Information and click the [Cancellation Request] button.
